Return policies



Except as set forth below, Standard merchandise purchased from may be returned subject to pre-approval from Ylisse within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Standard merchandise is defined as pre-configured finish options available on All products must be received by Ylisse in original condition for a refund to be approved. All shipping fees, including outbound and return shipping, will not be refunded and all returns are subject to potential return fees based on the original purchase price. Custom products may NOT be returned.

To receive authorization for a Product return, contact Customer Service at 418 999-8793 or within fourteen (14) days of receiving Your order, providing Your Ylisse order number, the Product you wish to return and the reason for the return. When approved, Ylisse will provide a return authorization number and specific return shipping instructions.  Any orders must be returned in their original packing cartons. If such packaging has been discarded it is Your responsibility to get sufficient packaging for the return. All returned Products must be in original condition. After the product has been received, Ylisse will credit the credit card You used to pay for Your order. No refund or credit shall be given for returned Products that are damaged for reasons beyond Our control.

 Products may not be returned without prior written consent and all returns must be in accordance with shipping instructions. Products outside the scope of those sold on, or may NOT be returned. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Shelves, bookcase, or supports with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at prior to sending any item.
