The Fairmont Doorman's Desk
The Fairmont le Manoir Richelieu wanted an outdoor desk for their doorman.
They asked us to make a fonctionnal, yet easy to clean and maintain desk. The area is a saline environnement due to the proximity of the St-Lawrence River, as well as salt rocks used for deicing on the sidewalk.
Highly resistant
The furniture is entirely constructed in lazer cut aluminium. Every parts is then bended, powder coated and bolted together. Every screws and hardware is in 316 stainless steel.
It's made to resist snowstorms, rain, cold and heat.
The powdercoated finish is sealing everything. The paint is UV resistant, and scratch resistant. The level of Volatile organic compound (VOC) is very low with this process as no paint thinner is necessary.
Design
Every aspect was toughtfully planned for ease of use. The drawer handles are big enough to be opened with thick winter gloves. The trash can is integrated so no rubbish can fall inside. The Dekton counter top is solid and can resist to high temperature variations.
Everything is custom made to order. Expect 8 to 10 weeks for delivery once design is approved.
